    Everything about Fat's was a great experience for my family and I. I highly recommend checking out Fats, located in Seattles Central District neighborhood. The service was amazing, led by the owner Erika. She and the staff were hospitable and kind. She even came by our table to share stories with my parents. I ordered the honey butter biscuit chicken sandwich with fries. It was one of the best chicken sandwiches that I have had. The chicken was juicy, breading was great, the biscuit was a little dense but still good, and the honey butter put it over the top. The fries were thin and crispy, very good. Don't even get me started on the sweet tea, a perfect combo for the meal. One last thing, they close between lunch and dinner so be sure to check their hours before heading over.

    I have been wanting to try this place for years, and randomly my friend suggested it for brunch! It did not disappoint!! The food was so good and the service was amazing! It is a small bustling spot, so make sure you get a seat! We had chicken and waffles, and the honey biscuit chicken sandwich, we added an egg to the sandwich and cheese to the grits. I am still thinking about my meal and can't wait to go back!!

    Do yourself a favor and get the honey butter biscuit! Its a good thing I don't live in Seattle or I'd be getting one everyday. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, everyone was friendly/helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious. Everything I had was good but the honey biscuit was the star of the show! ( I forgot to take a picture of the salad)

    Great food! The honey butter chicken biscuit reminded me of home and the chicken thigh for the chicken and waffles was so tasty! My friends got the biscuit sandwich and also really liked it. Def want to come back for their dinner menu just fyi since everything is fresh it did take a minute for our food to come out
